Enquiries and quotations

An enquiry is not an order. Prices, lead times and minimum order quantities are confirmed only in a written quotation or proforma invoice issued by Makin Laboratories, and are valid for the period stated in that document.

Intellectual property

Formulations, artwork and specifications you share with us remain yours and are treated as confidential. Our own process know-how, patents and development work remain ours unless assigned in a signed agreement.

Manufacturing agreement

Every production order is governed by a separate manufacturing and supply agreement covering specifications, testing, batch release, liability and dispute resolution. That agreement prevails over anything stated on this page.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Questions: exportpartnership@makinlaboratories.com.
